ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The department of labor socio-economics at the Institute for economics and forecasting was created in december 2022 by merging the department of socio-economic problems of labor and the department of monitoring studies of socio-economic transformations (until 2022, the latter was headed by PhD in sociology O.M. Balakireva)
MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT’S RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
- models, methods and processes of managing the social and labor sphere in the conditions of war
- transformation of forms of employment, and shaping a new reality in the labor sphere
- elaborating tools for the state policy of promotion and development of human capital in Ukraine

- employees participated in the implementation of the survey waves of WVS 2005, 2012, 2017, and 2020 and EVS 2008, 2017, and 2020.
