The monograph reveals the main trends in the development of Ukraine’s labor market, shows the reasons for its crisis condition, and defines the imperatives of further development (effective employment, adequate remuneration policy; creation of decent jobs, anticipatory growth of labor productivity, and innovative processes in the field of labor). Structural and dynamic changes in the labor market are analyzed, their qualitative and quantitative parameters and risks associated with structural and cyclical changes in the economy and the labor market are defined.

The innovative segment of the labor market is investigated, the imperatives and possible scenarios of its development are established, the content of new forms of employment is revealed, and a package of measures is developed to regulate the innovative labor market in Ukraine.

The authors realize an approach to the evaluation and improvement of the policy of regulation of the population's income in the context of the imperative of decent remuneration. Substantiated various key areas of humanization of Ukraine’s labor market as a social imperative, such as reforming the system of educational and professional training, development of social dialogue, and socialization of working conditions.

The globalization perspective of the labor market of Ukraine is highlighted. The impact of labor migration on the transformation of the labor market is proven.
