The monograph is a logical continuation of many years of research by a creative team dealing with the functioning of the labor sphere in Ukraine. In the monograph, the institutions of labor market are considered in the system of institutional subjects and regulatory institutions, whose functioning determines the labor market’s institutional transformation. The authors prove the need to ensure an inclusive vector of labor market development based on innovation and harmonization of the interests of institutional market subjects. Measures aimed at minimizing destructive phenomena in the labor market involve the implementation of the concept of decent work and ensuring the principle of social justice, as well as the development of institutions of social protection, unconditional basic income, professional education, the establishment of attitudes and models of innovative active behavior and the stimulating the interest in new, post-materialistic motivation. Considering the Ukrainian labor legislation as a formal institution that determines the destruction of labor relations, various features of precarious models of social and labor relations in Ukraine are revealed and the institutional tools for mitigating their negative impact are substantiated.
Dedicated for scientists, state and executive authorities, teachers, graduate students and students of economic specialties, as well as everyone who is interested in the problems of the functioning of the labor sphere, and future changes in the content and forms of labor under the influence of planetary changes.
