Project "PAABS: Supporting Ukraine in the implementation of the Paris Agreement and adaptation to the impact of climate change in the Black Sea region" is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action under the International Climate Initiative (IKI). The project is supported and coordinated by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
As part of the IKI Climate Programme, PAABS is dedicated to supporting Ukraine in implementing the Paris Agreement and transitioning to low-carbon pathways for a climate-resilient future.
The project is implemented under the leadership of the German government organization Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with six national and international organizations, in particular:
