Main scientific and theoretical results
- the scientific foundations of climate and natural resource sustainability of agrі-food production have gained further development; substantiating the feasibility of implementing a closed cycle of agricultural production in Ukraine on the basis of circularity; generalization of the features of carbon farming and methods of its management; characteristics of changes in the structure of production of grain, technical and vegetable crops under the influence of climatic factors by agrі-climatic zone.
- the scientific approach to assessing the sustainability of domestic agricultural production in conditions of climate change, during hostilities and overcoming their consequences has gained further development based on the definition of a set of main problems that affect the sustainability of agricultural production in Ukraine, their corresponding risks and indicators of sustainability in terms of economic, climatic, ecological, social spheres; it is substantiated that the main characteristics of the sustainability of Ukraine’s agricultural system are the provision of national food security and farmers' incomes.
Based on the research findings, a monograph "Post-war provision of climatic and natural resource resilience of agri-food production in Ukraine" has been prepared.
