Analytical notes 2019-2024
During 2019-2024, the staff of the public finance sector prepared 84 scientific and analytical materials and expert opinions, comments and proposals, in particular for the:
- the draft laws amending the Budget and Tax Codes of Ukraine, draft law "On Ukraine's Tax Sovereignty and Offshore Companies", legislative acts concerning the improvement of state regulation of financial services markets, Budget Declaration for 2022-2024 and the Laws of Ukraine: "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022" and "On State Aid to Business Entities", draft State Targeted Economic Program for the Development of Ukraine's Titanium Industry until 2028, State Regional Development Strategy until 2027 and the Concept of Ukraine's Sanctions Policy among others
- draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine on Stimulating Innovative Activities of Budgetary Institutions" (№ 10230 of 12.04.2019) formed the basis for the Decision of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Science and Education
- provisions of the Methodology for the Annual Assessment of Ukraine's Economic Security, considering the requirements of martial law. This work was conducted in accordance with the Economic Security Strategy of Ukraine until 2025 (Clause 30), approved by Presidential Decree No. 347/2021 of August 11, 2021
