The collection contains summaries of the speeches by the participants of the international scientific and practical seminar on "Social transformations in Ukraine during the hybrid war and post-war reconstruction", which took place on June 9, 2023 at the Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

During the debates, domestic and foreign researchers presented detailed assessments of the progress  and potential consequences of societal transformations in Ukraine in the (post)war period, and discussed various issues of Ukraine’s post-war reconstructive socio-economic recovery.  Attention is also given to modern global challenges, generated by the formation of a new world order, accompanied by an extreme aggravation of military and political confrontation. Outlined the institutional field of societal changes in war and post-war times; justified the macroeconomic, financial, institutional (including value-related), and social components of societal transformations in Ukraine and the European Union in the current period and in the future.
