The monographic collection is devoted to the justification of the necessary changes in the social-class structuring of society and the system of economic education in order to bring them into line with the requirements of reconstructive development of the economy.

The authors propose and substantiate the ways and directions of solving the most pressing problems of socio-economic development, in particular, the insufficient efficiency of the state administration system and the lack of institutional capacity of the social development system of Ukraine; inconsistencies between new requirements for economic thinking and modern economic education; and the lack of mechanisms for the formation of digital competences in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the influence of the interrelationship between economic and political transformations on the social quality of development are revealed. Proposed various guidelines in the formation of the new quality of economic education and digital competences of Ukrainian citizens.
