The analytical report has been prepared based on the results of the survey, which is a continuation of the joint project "Cycle of public service feedback" by  the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Association of Ukrainians - graduates of the world's leading universities "Professional Government" (PGA), the Center for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law of Stanford University (CDDRL), Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and Office of Reforms of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The survey was conducted by the National Civil Service Agency of Ukraine with the support of the Center for Integrity in the Defense Sector (CIDS, Norway).
