The scientific report investigated the theoretical problems of state support of enterprises in transitional conditions, evaluation of the general level of tax seizures in Ukraine and its sectoral differences in the conditions of current tax legislation, revealed the mechanisms of influence of state borrowing on the main components of the financial and credit system and the real sector.
