The monograph reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of social stability in Ukraine and identifies key factors, mechanisms and tools for ensuring it in the conditions of martial law and post-war recovery. Social stability is studied as a multidimensional property of society, economy and state institutions to maintain viability under the influence of long-term shocks, adapt to new restrictions, restore critically important functions and carry out structural transformations.

The authors systematizes modern conceptual approaches to the study of social resilience, social cohesion and solidarity, and analyzes demographic, demo-economic and socio-humanitarian factors of the reproduction of human potential, as well as the problems of inequality, poverty, discrimination and social exclusion. Defined various modern imbalances in the social and labor sphere and in the labor market, risks of precarious employment, prerequisites for the restoration of human potential, and return and reintegration of Ukrainian citizens.

The research reveals various macrofinancial, digital, informational and spatial mechanisms of adaptation and recovery, and the role of international assistance and resource provision of social resilience. The strategic pillars of social resilience are substantiated, the importance of social quality is revealed and an integrative approach to shaping the state policy for its provision is proposed. The author formulates various strategic directions and practical recommendations for strengthening human potential, social cohesion, institutional capacity and adaptability of Ukraine’s socio-economic system in the conditions of war and post-war challenges.
