The monograph explores the peculiarities of digitalization of the Ukrainian economy and its impact on the development of goods and services markets. The theoretical foundations of the digital economy’s structure are investigated in depth, and the digital transformation of foreign trade in goods and services markets is analyzed, particularly in the agricultural, defense, metallurgical, machine-building, aviation, pharmaceutical, and textile industries. The study focuses on the regulation and development of the ICT market as a driving force behind digital transformation, which enhances competitiveness in Ukraine’s real economy. Directions for improving public policy on digitalization, regulating e-commerce, and adapting to the EU’s digital market are substantiated.

The monograph may be useful for researchers, economic policy experts, public administration officials, university lecturers, postgraduate students, students of economics, and other interested readers.
