The monograph substantiates the guidelines of government regulation in the labor market on the principles of social quality policy, which consist in ensuring the inclusiveness and accessibility of the employment sector, fair distribution of benefits from increased welfare, and accumulation and effective use of human capital, which creates a synergistic effect of interaction between all institutional actors on the labor market and is aimed at ensuring social sustainability.
Revealed the content components in the concept of social resilience, which is a systemically synergistic characteristic of adaptability, stress resistance and flexibility of the social and labor sphere. The author proves that the mechanism for ensuring the resilience of the labor market should be implemented in social quality policy, eradication of discrimination and prevention of exclusion. The monograph substantiates the need for post-war renewal of the social contract based on the principles of social justice, cohesion, complementarity, social quality and inclusiveness.
