The monograph substantiates the methodological principles of the study of convergent processes of Ukraine and the EU countries in the transport, energy and social infrastructure sectors, and provides suggestions for improving the state policy regarding the institutional convergence of these countries. Convergent and divergent trends in the transport sector in general and from the standpoint of achieving sustainable development of transport based on the indicator of greenhouse gas emissions within the framework of the European Green Course have been evaluated. In the field of energy infrastructure, the possible consequences of convergence on providing the economy with solid fuel for the energy security of the state were assessed, and convergent trends in the process of creating minimum reserves of oil and oil products were also identified. The experience of EU countries in reforming national health care systems is summarized, and mechanisms for bringing Ukraine's medical care standards closer to these countries are proposed.
