The monograph presents the results of a study on Ukraine’s trade and industrial policy within the framework of the initiative of the Chinese government "One Belt, One Road". The authors study the prospects and assess the risks for the development of Ukraine’s trade, industry, and agriculture from the liberalization of trade regimes with China, the attraction of Chinese investments in industry and agriculture, and cooperation in the innovation sphere.

The publication is part of a wider research project in 4 parts on "Modernization of economic policy for the development of spheres of activity and markets", which was carried out by the scientific team of the SO "Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" during 2018-2019 (state registration No 0118U007329).
