The monograph formulates complex theoretical foundations of research into the industry’s corporatization, and evaluates the parameters and consequences of the functioning of agricultural corporations and the peculiarities of their interaction with the state and small agribusiness. A systematic analysis of the legislative framework for the functioning of agrarian corporate structures is conducted, key trends in the development of infrastructural corporations in the field of providing agro-food production are revealed.
