The monograph presents a concept that reveals the logical-historical stages of the formation of socio-economic cycles and is based on a consistent influx of technical-technological, government-economic, local, social and military-political factors on the dynamics of the suspense creation. This concept marks the dominant forms of cyclical development at all historical stages of matrimony development. In a logical-historical sequence, the development of scientific theories of socio-economic cyclicality is analyzed, and 2the cyclical nature of the development of economic theory is defined. The monograph outlines new forms of socio-economic cycles generated by the complexities of socio-economic dynamics in the 20th century - at the beginning of the 21st century, military-economic cycles, and those in the centrally planned and transitive   economies.
