The monograph highlights various scientific principles and practical aspects of overcoming the challenges and problems that have been arising after the signing of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement and are related to the integration of the agri-food sector into the internal market of the Community member countries. The problems of the formation of a regulatory space for the agri-food sector are revealed, whose solution is aimed at bringing the national technical regulation system closer to the basic EU model, implementing sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with European requirements, introducing food safety management systems by market operators, as well as basic programs and simplified procedures based on HACCP principles, with due regard of the level of product safety, at the enterprises of food processing and primary production.
