The monograph justifies the theoretical foundations of the national industrial policy, and its substantial features in accordance with sectoral development. The authors present a methodology of integral measurement of the priority of industrial activities based on the criteria of efficiency, production activities, ensuring the internal market and promoting structural and technological modernization. Particular attention is paid to further development of the methodology for measuring the environmental level of industrial production based on the theory of decoupling. The authors provide a theoretical foundation for substantial characteristics of the potential for financial support of reproduction, summarize the consequences of the crisis on corporate governance and justify the need to strengthen the motivational strategy consisting in involving the participants of corporate relations. Defined various priority guidelines of industrial policy to shape the strategic vector for a new paradigm of industrial development.
