The monograph is devoted to the development of conceptual principles of development of the state support system of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy in the context of globalization, taking into account evolutionary changes in international protectionist practice. The results of a comprehensive analysis of the volume of budget expenditures for agriculture are presented. The effectiveness of the support system in international comparisons was evaluated. The impact of individual support programs on the effectiveness of the functioning of agricultural producers and the agricultural sphere as a whole is shown. Significant attention is paid to the formation of regional approaches to building a support system in the context of globalization trends and climate change.

A set of measures of scientific and methodological and applied direction on changes in the system of state support of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of membership in the WTO is proposed.
