The conceptual principles of corporate structures development are considered and the results of a systematic analysis of the innovative orientation of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy are presented. Innovative and investment resources of corporate structures at the macro and regional level have been evaluated and trends of their development have been identified and substantiated. A set of methodological and organizational measures to strengthen the influence of the state on the role of large corporate structures as a key component of the national innovation system is proposed.
