The monograph presents the results of the study of socio-economic prerequisites and consequences of formation of foreign protection obligations in the system of world financial and economic relations. The theoretical concept of functioning of foreign protection mechanisms in countries with low and medium income is developed. A structural and functional model of relationships between developed countries and developing countries has been developed in the fields of foreign economic exchange, exchange rate formation and international lending. Factors of the initial dynamics of prices for raw materials and industrial goods exported by countries with low income levels have been identified. The role of foreign protection processes in the formation of the international system of currency dispatches is revealed and the quantitative impact of foreign protection load on the level of exchange rates is calculated.
Financial and economic factors of increasing the instability of the Foreign Activities of Ukraine are determined. Conceptual principles of external national debt management have been developed to ensure long-term financial stability and expand the investment potential of the real economy in Ukraine. Strategic directions and tools for improving the national system of regulation of capital export-imports was offered .
