The present monograph is the first attempt to make certain theoretical and practical generalizations as regards provision of development under the conditions of instability. It is not just investment policy tools that are considered, but the whole integrity of such components as foreign borrowing, macro- and micro-economic approaches to companies restructuring, the policy of domestic market expansion, socio-human transitions in economy and society, innovation policy, and monetary policy tools that influence economic growth under the conditions of instability.
