V.Muntiian. Informatiology and Economic Security: The Ukrainian Experience

In his monograph the author offers a new scientific line – "informatiological economics as the basis of harmonic of the manking". Theoretical vision of economic processes through a unified information genetic basis of nature and community is developed for the first time. The goal of the work is to search for a model of economy which would act as a generating force of the world economic model not only in saving the mankind from global catastrophe, but to become a foundation of harmonic progress of the world community. The result of studies is elaboration of economic matrix of cellular information space that is the basis of information genetic economic system construction. The second part of the monograph presents a complex research of the national economic security in transitive period, illustrates its present-day state. The attempt is made not only to estimate the degree of danger of existing threats to Ukraine's economic security, but also to determine their correlation, to monitor the dynamics of changes for the years of reforms, and to define the priorities of national interests. Based on elaborated research, the author offers the model of transformation of national economic system into a compound-type economy.
