On March 6, 2025, a commemorative meeting of the Academic Council of the SO "Institute for Economics and Forecasting of NASU" was held to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Academician of NASU Volodymyr Vasylyovych Yurchyshyn, presentations by holders of the scholarships of the President of Ukraine and NASU for young scientists were heard, and other issues were considered.

On March 31, 2025, at a meeting of the Academic Council

• new research projects of the NAS of Ukraine, which began in 2026, were opened;
• аpproved in 2025 a targeted interdisciplinary project. Prior to performing in 2025, a targeted interdisciplinary project was approved;
• the institute's Сommunication strategy has been approved.
