У колективній монографії: представлено матеріали, які є результатами наукових досліджень щодо оцінювання впливу зовнішніх та внутрішніх викликів (передусім специфічного прояву глобальних загроз, масштабів втрат та забезпечення необхідних ресурсів для відновлення) на розвиток економіки України, а також перспектив її стійкого збалансованого розвитку у повоєнний час у розрізі основних макросекторів; обґрунтовано роль екзогенного чинника обсягів міжнародної допомоги та його ключове значення у забезпеченні фінансової стійкості країни від початку повномасштабного вторгнення РФ; визначено, що нагромадження та ефективне використання інвестиційних ресурсів мають стати головними пріоритетами політики повоєнного відновлення; розроблено сценарії та прогнозно-аналітичні оцінки  потенційних джерел і драйверів розвитку вітчизняної економіки у середньо- та довгостроковій перспективах; підготовлено рекомендації щодо пріоритетних напрямів розбудови економіки країни у повоєнний час.
