The main directions of scientific activity

Main fields of research:

• institutional support and structural organization of the markets;
• development of the domestic market;
• integration into the world trade and economic structures (WTO, EU);
• development of the system of technical regulations;
• state regulation of markets in the real sector:

– agricultural commodities,
– food products,
– energy resources,
– metal products;

• transformation and integration of energy markets (electricity, natural gas and renewable energy markets);

• with regard to the problems of internal and supranational regulation, international trade and pricing;
• low emission development, including the issues of energy efficiency and sustainable use of energy, land and water;
• energy modeling (MARKAL/TIMES, CGE and WASP).
